My career has always revolved around one thing: guiding homeowners through complex situations with clarity, preparation, and confidence.

Before becoming a Mortgage Associate, I spent over a decade in restoration & construction in Alberta, working directly with homeowners, builders and insurance companies after loss. Acting as a liaison during some of the most vulnerable seasons in people’s lives taught me something invaluable — home is far more than a financial asset. It is stability, identity, and peace of mind. When that security feels uncertain, education and steady guidance become everything.

That experience now shapes how I approach every mortgage conversation.

As a Mortgage Associate with LP Mortgages, licensed through Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Force, I see my role as both strategic advisor and educator. My priority is not simply securing financing — it is ensuring that you understand your options, feel informed in your decisions, and walk away more confident than when you began.

Originally rooted in Edmonton, I spent five years living in Calgary before returning back. Experiencing both markets gave me valuable perspective on Alberta’s evolving housing landscape and the diverse goals of homeowners across the province. Being personally and professionally connected within Edmonton and Calgary allows me to approach each client’s situation with both local insight and broader understanding.

Through Dominion Lending Centres’ national network, I have access to a wide range of lenders across multiple financing spaces — from major institutions to alternative and niche lending solutions. I actively work to build and maintain strong relationships within the lending community to ensure that my clients benefit from competitive, flexible, and thoughtfully structured options. No two financial situations are identical, and access to diverse lending channels allows me to tailor solutions that align with each client’s long-term objectives.

Coming from a family deeply embedded in construction, real estate, and entrepreneurship — from builders to business owners — I understand firsthand the dedication it takes to create something meaningful. Financing should support that effort, not become an additional obstacle. I am especially passionate about working with first-time home buyers and self-employed clients, ensuring that entrepreneurial paths and non-traditional income structures are met with well-researched, strategic solutions.
